4. The offer is not valid for E.tail channel (Flipkart/Amazon/Placewell & similar e.tail websites) & Reliance
5. The offer is valid from Oct’1st~Oct 31st 2016
6. The offer is applicable on the Dell XPS notebooks and further adherence of the registration process.
7. Successful registered customers will be provided with a unique registration reference ID instantly and the same will be intimated through the registered mail and phone number.
8. The registration will be validated and approved within 7 working days.
9. The dispatch timeline for TUMI sleeve is within 45 days of consumer registering online with the details required. (invoice, service tag upload)

OFFER REDEMPTION PROCESS
1. Log on to www.dellxps13offer.com and register as per the above stipulated guidelines to avail the offer.
2. Mandatory for registration to be done within 7 days from the date of purchase.
3. Purchases made on the last date of offer will be given 7 days window to complete the registration process.
4. Registration requires submission of following details;
a. Name
b. Postal Address
c. Email id and contact mobile number
d. Scan copy of invoice
e. Service tag detail
f. Scan copy of id proof.
g. SA code of Authorized outlet. (OPTIONAL)
Post registration validation eligible participant shall receive a registration approval intimation on their registered email within 7 working days.
Warranty and the related Terms & Conditions for the TUMI sleeve will be responsibility of the respective manufacturers of the same.

2. Online Offer entitlement shall be applicable only for orders placed on www.compuindia.com
3. For offer eligibility, mandatory registration is required on www.dellxps13offer.com as per the Redemption Guidelines. Registration done post the mentioned period will lead to automatic disqualification and Dell will have no liability of the same.
4. Providing incorrect or insufficient details at the time of registration, will lead to automatic rejection of the offer entitlement.
5. Mandatory for Customer Name and Service tag to match with the details provided at the time of registration.
6. Validation of the details and document provided at the time of registration will be completed within 7working days from the date of submission.

8. Purchase invoice and id proofs should be in a proper readable format, failing to do so would lead to offer entitlement being automatically rejected.

11. In the event of non-availability of the TUMI Sleeve, the eligible participant will be provided with other items as per the sole discretion of Dell.

15. Cash redemption is not permissible in this offer.
16. Post redemption offer process, claims or orders cannot in any manner be cancelled or modified.
