Shipping Charges

• For orders above ₹20,000, a shipping fee of ₹200 will be applied.
• For orders above ₹10,000, a shipping fee of ₹89 will be applied.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations, festive periods, or unforeseen logistical delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment status in real time until it reaches your doorstep.

Store Pickup Option

For added convenience, customers can select “Pickup from Store” during checkout. You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup from the nearest Placewell Retail outlet.
